With special support from the Nepal Association of Oregon the founding organization of WANA, 2nd Conference of  WANA NAGC was held in Portland Oregon on September 2-4. 2016. Many people from western states participated on the occasion with grand picnic organized by NAO. There were several forums where intellects presented their papers. Special presentation was done by WANA NAGC with  power point. On the occasion NAGC president Mani Nepali Paneru and WANA leaders were honored on several occasions during the conference. Mr. Paneru was presented with WANA Pioneer Award as the facilitator of this organization.
